What is the difference between the silver and gold burrs?
Both versions use heat-treated 420 stainless steel with a hardness of HRC 53–59. The silver version is uncoated, while the gold version has a titanium coating for longer service life and improved grinding performance. The gold version is priced higher.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders start from 10 sets. Our standard Alibaba listing MOQ is 40 sets, but we also accept smaller orders from 10 sets.
Can I order a single sample set?
Single-set samples are generally not available for the standard 48 mm burrs. The minimum order is 10 sets.
Sample arrangements may be available for custom projects or special burr models, including large 140 mm and 180 mm burrs.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Orders for the standard 48 mm burrs are usually dispatched within 3 days after payment is received. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method.
Lead times for custom projects or special burr models are confirmed separately.
Do you offer bulk orders and quantity-based pricing?
Yes. We accept orders of 10, 40, 100, 200 and 500 sets or more. Quantity-based pricing is available. Contact us for a quote based on your order quantity and preferred finish.
What if my Jura model is not listed?
Contact Hotean with your machine model and, if available, photos of the original burrs. We can review the grinder configuration before you order.
