We support prototypes, small-batch orders, and low-volume production for custom parts. Depending on part requirements, projects may involve CNC machining, die casting, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, surface finishing, and related manufacturing support.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the manufacturing process, material, part complexity, and project requirements. We can evaluate single-piece prototype requests as well as small-batch and low-volume production orders.
What files and information do you need for a quote?
Please send a 3D CAD file or technical drawing, together with the material, quantity, tolerance, surface finish, and delivery requirements where available. STEP, STP, IGS, IGES, PRT, SLDPRT, SAT, and X_T files are commonly accepted for engineering review.
Can you provide inspection reports and material certificates?
Yes. Inspection and documentation requirements can be planned before production according to the part drawing and project needs. Available documentation may include material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, CMM measurement, and surface finish checks when specified.
What materials and surface finishes are available?
Material and finishing options are selected according to part function, strength, corrosion resistance, appearance, quantity, and budget. Common options include aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, engineering plastics, anodizing, powder coating, brushing, plating, and other project-specific treatments.
