Challenge:
A Middle Eastern client operating large cafes and hotels needed replacement 140mm grinder blades for Ditting KR1403 coffee machines. Due to the rising demand for Turkish coffee, the original blades wore out quickly, and sourcing replacements from Ditting was expensive and unreliable.
Solution:
After discussing with our clients, our technical team conducted extensive research and testing. We successfully developed a compatible 140mm grinder blade that perfectly matched the Ditting KR1403 coffee machine.
Our team utilized CNC machining to produce the blades, ensuring durability and reliability. The custom blade produced a consistent grind, capable of handling the increased daily volume needed for the region's high demand for Turkish coffee.
